Remember the Staffordshire Bull Terriers from Finland?! One of my Buyers, Sari had sent me some photos of how she framed my dog artwork ‘Charcoal and Oil – Staffordshire Bull Terriers (Staffies) 1‘ along with some snaps of her Staffies. Well I think I might have gotten my dogs mixed up because the photo I showed you last time was Ella and her son Bumba (who apparently has his own home elsewhere). And Sari lives with mommy Staffie, Ella and her (that’s Ella’s) daughter, Martta. Do we call dog children sons and daughters?! Anyway, Sari also said this about how the artwork got framed and sent me this photo of Marrta, Ella’s daughter.
“I just had to have this print, it spoke to me like no other Stafford print in a while. I was thinking of having it professionally framed (as opposed to framing it myself) even before I bought it. And it turned out that my mother gave the framing work for me as a birthday present – I couldn’t have hoped for a better one!… … The dog in the pic’ is Martta. Ella’s not fond of modeling and she snuck out as soon she saw the camera.”
